Aspen, from the INSIDE.

Aspen covers 3.5 square miles and has roughly 7,500 full-time residents and four ski areas, which works out to MANY more chairlifts than traffic lights. It’s small enough that everyone knows your dog’s name. Your gondola-mate could be a billionaire, a Nobel laureate or the middle school principal. Be nice to all three. The principal has the most pull.

Many of Aspen’s best homes never reach the MLS. They change hands over dinner, sometimes before dessert, between brokers whose clients trust them. Those deals go to brokers who know the owners of Aspen’s luxury homes personally. As I do.

In Aspen, the best properties are not always publicly available. The best intel almost never is.

After decades in this community, I know which streets hold value, which remodels are overpriced, and who lives next door, including whether they throw parties. Who is Susan Plummer, Aspen?

I'm a luxury real estate broker with Christie's International Real Estate Aspen Snowmass, and I've called Aspen home since 1989. I've lived in nearly every Aspen and Snowmass neighborhood, and I track every restaurant opening and closing. I'm also the founder of Aspen INTEL, my insider guide to living and buying here.

Why would I want to work with her?

I answer my own phone, show my own listings, and hear about homes before they reach the MLS. Local since 1989.

What's her experience?

I've been a licensed Realtor since 2015. I was formerly with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse, where I earned the International Society of Excellence award, given to the top 0.5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, and I'm now with Christie's International Real Estate, holding its Masters Circle designation.
