Old Snowmass

Old Snowmass is surrounded by breath-taking mountain views of Snowmass Ski Area, rolling hills and crystal-clear creeks. The area is dotted with beautiful ranches, country estates and single-family homes and is perfect for those who desire space and tranquility.

In the summer, the area is a popular place to go hiking or biking. Jump on the Rio Grande bike path and ride to the Woody Creek Tavern for lunch, or hike to stunning Capitol Lake and then enjoy dinner in Aspen or Basalt. 

If you enjoy fly fishing, the area is close to world-renowned gold medal rivers, including the Roaring Fork River, Frying Pan and Crystal Rivers. Come winter, there are numerous trails for cross country skiing or hit the slopes at any one of Aspen's four ski areas. The area is a perfect place to find mountain living and wide open spaces close to all the major sites and sounds of the Roaring Fork Valley.

Location

Old Snowmass is roughly a 20-minute commute to Aspen and a short drive to Snowmass Village and Basalt.

Opportunites to hike, bike, cross country ski, fly fish and raft are out the back door and in the winter, it's a short drive to any of Aspen's four world-renowned ski areas.
